You may play, skip questions, see your result and share a badge without sending your questionnaire responses. Unsent choices stay in the current page and are cleared when you close, refresh or restart it.

The game uses a fictional work conversation. Please do not provide real chats, confidential employer details, passwords or sensitive personal information. It is intended for adult work participants.

What you choose to send

Only when you tick the submission agreement and press Send my answers does this website send your selected questionnaire answers and any optional name or email to MyCrobo.

The submitted record also includes a random reference, campaign source tag, questionnaire version, submission timestamps, assigned research price, whether that offer was shown, an optional browser-reported duration and a replay flag. It does not include a click-by-click history or your private messages.

Your answer to a hypothetical AI-permission question does not authorise access to actual messages or external actions. Price answers do not place an order, book a meeting or create a payment obligation.

Where submitted responses go

A protected server copy is saved and a notification containing all submitted answers is emailed to quickupdate@mycrobo.com. The email includes readable answers plus CSV and JSON attachments. MyCrobo and its hosting and email providers necessarily process this information to store and deliver it.

The server files are encrypted, but the application has the decryption key on the same hosting account. This is not end-to-end encryption against the operator, hosting provider or a compromised hosting account.

This package contains no advertising trackers, third-party analytics, automatic email-marketing subscriptions or AI model calls.

Optional contact, separate choice

Name and email are optional. A separate, unchecked option lets you request an individual pilot follow-up. You are not added to a mailing list by submitting. A request for a discussion does not guarantee a reply or reserve a place.

Before revealing your badge, you may enter a name or nickname. It remains in the page until you submit your answers or choose to share your badge. The badge name prefills the optional submission-name field, which you can edit or clear before submitting. You can hide your name on the badge with the “Show my name” switch. Shared badges and invitation text include the displayed name when enabled and the challenge badge, but never your email or private research answers. No name, email or individual response reference is added to the challenge URL or QR code. Using your device’s share menu or the WhatsApp invite button may involve the app you choose; its privacy practices apply there. MyCrobo cannot delete copies other people have already saved or shared.

Necessary technical information

A necessary, host-only session cookie supports the form and protects submissions. The server uses a keyed hash of the network address for basic abuse limits; raw network addresses are not included in the questionnaire emails. These short-lived rate-limit files are removed on a later cleanup run.

Your hosting provider may separately retain web access logs, including IP addresses and request times. The application cannot determine or automatically delete the provider’s logs or backups.

Retention and deletion requests

Server response copies expire after 90 days and are removed on the next retention-cleanup run. Cleanup runs during admin use, periodically on submissions and through the optional scheduled maintenance job.

Emails, downloaded files and hosting backups have separate retention and require separate management. Clearing or replaying the game does not delete an already submitted response.

To ask about access, correction, individual follow-up preferences or deletion, email quickupdate@mycrobo.com with the response reference shown after submission. The reference helps locate anonymous responses; reasonable verification may be needed before changing or deleting information. Do not send additional confidential details.
